                         Our Store Policies

All items online is base to Local Pickup Only (Mainly Click and Collect).  Please be aware Delivery or Shipping Fee is Not included on the prices shown each items. More details Please read below 

  • Lay-by  only available at the Shop at Queenstown S.A.  Lay-by is available most of items at the shop. Due to limited storage space we can only hold items up to 6 weeks for small items or 2 weeks for large items ( Furniture ) after paid deposit . Deposit is required 25% of item's price and Non-refundable ( unless agreed ) . We do charge storage fee $10 per day for storage after due date. Also the items will go back to sale for reduced price.

  • Payment Accept cashEftpos facility available at the shop (Queenstown) also PayPal, Bank Transfer

  • Shipping we do send most small items to Australia wide by Australia post or couriers.  Please contact us for postage. But Interstate Buyers need to organize own Pickups for LARGE Furniture 

  • Return  No Return for any goods unless arranged otherwise. We do  recommened to inspect items at our store before purchasing . We do our best to describe as much as we can and provide lots photos for more details . but if  you are still not sure and do not know what to expect to buy secondhand items online, Please contact us for more details. We are happy to assist you any time :)

  • Local delivery We do offer local delivery with fees

  • Click & Collect available anytime during business hours or by appointment, All items to be collected within 7 business days unless agreed.
    Otherwise a storage fee will be charged at $10 PER DAY.
