Mid century Ercol British wooden chair small low needs TLC

Used. Old ercol chair.  Stamped on under seat.
Low and small chair.
Possibly kids but seat is wide enough for adult.
Seat 42.5cm x 41cm 
33cm high to the top of seat
71cm high to the top of back. 
Lightly weathered timber. Stains. Split seat as shown photos. Needs TLC.
